Twins under one year in sole charge care attract a twins loading of $15 an hour, so Nanny Expert care is $110 an hour plus GST. Mother's Helper bookings, where a parent stays at home, stay at the standard rate. NSW staff ratios are applied automatically: one nanny per four children under two, one per five aged two to three, one per ten aged three to ten, and one per fifteen aged eleven and over.
