Can I use my NDIS funding for nanny services?

Yes. If your NDIS plan includes ‘Assistance with Daily Life’ or ‘Community Participation’, you may be able to utilise your funds for our services. This is typically applicable when the support is related to a child’s disability or to assist a parent with a disability in their parenting role.

How do ‘Choice and Control’ apply to your services?

You have the final say. You choose the nanny who best fits your family dynamic, you decide on the schedule, and you determine the specific goals our team should focus on during their sessions.

Why do you need to speak with my Support Co-ordinator?

Whilst we only do so with your explicit permission, connecting with your Support Co-ordinator or Plan Manager helps us:

  • Ensure our service agreements align with your budget.
  • Maximise the ‘Value for Money’ within your plan.
  • Provide necessary documentation for plan reviews.

What types of NDIS management do you work with?

We can currently provide services for:

  • Plan-Managed participants:We invoice your Plan Manager directly.
  • Self-Managed participants:We invoice you, and you claim the funds back through the NDIS portal.

Note: If you are NDIA-managed (Agency Managed), please contact us to discuss current registration status and options.
