Our nannies have specific qualifications, experience and character necessary to become effective carers. For example, many of our nannies have early childhood education qualifications, and a few have worked as a primary school teacher at one time or another.

Early Childhood education
Regarding acting as an early childhood educator, while our nannies are not required to have a teaching degree or be registered, they do need to have, at the very least, a Certificate III in Children’s Services.
Qualified and experienced
Our multi-step screening process is one of the most thorough in NSW. Every candidate must pass: identity verification, a Working With Children Check, reference checks with previous employers, qualifications verification (minimum Cert III, preferably Diploma or ECT), current First Aid and CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening (where applicable), and a face-to-face interview with our team. We don’t just check boxes, we get to know each nanny so we can match their personality, experience, and strengths to your family’s specific needs.
Once we’re satisfied that they meet our high standards, we then conduct face-to-face interviews so that we can get to know them better and find out what kind of person they are.

Sole charge nannies
A sole charge nanny is a nanny who is responsible for the care of your child or children when you are not present. This means that they will be in charge of all aspects of their care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, supervising playtime and putting them to bed.
A sole charge nanny is usually employed on a full-time basis, but we can also provide part-time and live-in nannies if required.
